• Free reservation cancellation is eligible prior to 2pm the day before arrival.
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel is entitled to charge a penalty of 1st night stay.
• Late cancellation is considered to be the cancellation request received by the hotel after 2PM on the day before the supposed arrival or the date mentioned in Special Offers

• Room’s capacity assumes to have 2 adults and 1 child
• Only 1 child can stay in a room with parents/adults without extra bed.
• Breakfast is provided free of charge for children under 7 years old. Breakfast is provided with 50% discount for children from 8 to 12 years old. Breakfast is provided at full price for children from 13 years of age and older.
• 13 years old guests are considered adults. The surcharge for the 3rd adult in the room is 1 500 rubles per night without extra bed. The price for extra bed (provided upon prior request) is 2 000 rubles per night. Both prices mentioned earlier include breakfast for the guest.
• Baby crib for children under 3 years of age is provided free of charge upon prior request.

• In case of early arrival, which is considered as arrival prior to standard check-in time (2PM), guests may check-in only if there are clean rooms available at that moment.
• Early check-in suggests making a reservation 1 day before the arrival, which costs additional 1 night rate.
• Late check-out, which is considered as departure after standard check-out time (12PM) the price for accommodation may vary.
• Late check-out between 12PM and 6PM is charged with price of 50% of 1 night rate.
• Late check-out after 6PM is charged with 1 night rate price.
